CUSTOM BRANDING PROJECT:  Generally three-six month engagement, including proprietary research, preparation of materials for enhanced and accelerated learning.  End deliverables include:  a) winning and back-up concept for testing; b) brand architecture; or c) communications narrative.  The end result will be tailored to the needs of the client but can include:  ppt presentation, brand book, brief to creative agency/design firms. 

INSIGHT AND RELEVANCE AMPLIFIER:  New business pitches or new campaigns are opportunities to freshen the brand's equity via communications.  Insight (Emotional Intelligence), and Relevance (Cultural Intelligence) come together to provide you with 3-4 solutions based on your business challenge.  

WORKSHOP NAVIGATION AND CREATIVE STIMULUS:  Inspire workshop participations with cultural stimulus that define and demonstrate how movements and counter-movements are manifest in the world we live in.  Stimulus includes examples from culture, from your category, with inspirational visuals, key words and benefit areas to spark creative thinking.   Output packaged with analysis and proposed next steps.  

ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS:  Standing one hour strategy sessions with senior management and leaders that occur monthly or bi-weekly.   These sessions primarily take place via telephone or FaceTime, but can be done in-person if needed.   The purpose of the session is to allow time-starved and sometimes isolated senior managers to investigate a topic of interest in a private forum and to think aloud.  Topics are chosen prior to a session, a white paper or thought piece is prepared and shared.  Most of the hour is dedicated to discussion.   Issues and next steps are identified.
